Some of the researchers from UCLA have developed and created  an optical clock that can regularly track the intervals with the unprecedented accuracy. It will be having improved timing  over the concept of physics and universal constants.  As per todays scenario the most recent clock that measures the accurate time is up to 1×10-13s based on frequency combs. The clock – shown in the middle of the image – could lead to more precise measurements of space and time and could have applications in optical, wireless and space based communications.
