Farnell elements 14 has recently launched a new series of RAC48/OF from Recon. Recon is a range of AC and DC open frame power supplies that have universal AC inputs inbuilt in it. These inputs withstand from 90V to 256 Vac and are duly protected DC outputs that have been trimmed to readily compensate  for any kind of voltage drops on the output connections. Basically this will be applied to areas like Industry controls, Soe energy efficient products and test and measurement systems.

This device can operate across the temperature range of -20 degree celsius to 50 degree celsius at its full load and at 70 degree celsius when with drafting. When it is on no load condition it has only 0.5W and its Output voltage with the accuracy of 24Vdc is said to be ±1%.  It has a universal voltage range of the series that has a class II power supply with a volume of 101.6 x 50.8 x 30mm.
