Fire alarm systems and data transmission

These cables are designed for use in fire alarm systems and data transmission . They are made of solid copper conductors, twisted pairs. The YnTKSYekw cables are additionally shielded with metallic foil. The cables are PVC insulated (red colour) using flame-retardant outer sheath material .

Features:
Cable outer diameter* 4 mm to 8.1 mm
Number of cores* 2, 4, 6, or 8
Core structure solid
Core cross-section* 0.8 mm2 or 1 mm2
Shielding* N/A or Al-PET foil
Outer sheath material PVC
Rated voltage 150 V
Flame retardant yes
Operating temperature -40…80°C
Core identification Colour coded
Earth wire N/A

* depending on the model

Power supply systems

The cables are designed for use in power supply and control systems and industrial installations. They are made of stranded copper conductors. The outer sheath is made of grey PVC, YSLY-OZ are two-core cables, YSLY-JZ cables have 3 or more cores and have a yellow-green earth wire allowing the use of residual current protective devices. YSLY-OZ and YSLY-JZ cables are resistant against oils, greases, and petrol.

Features:
Outer diameter* 5.2 mm to 16mm
Number of cores* 2 to 14
Core structure stranded
Core section* from 0.75 mm2 to 2.5 mm2
Shielding N/A
Outer sheath material PVC
Rated voltage 300/500V
Resistant against petrol, most oils, and greases
Operating temprerature -5…70°C
Core identification black, numbered
Earth wire* N/A or green-white earth wire

* depending on the model

Alarm systems and ICT

Halogen-free HTKSH and HTKSHekw shielded cables are designed for use in facilities with more stringent fire safety requirements, for telephone and data transmission applications and for automation and industrial electronics. They are made of solid copper conductors, twisted pairs. The red halogen-free plastic outer sheath is flame retardant and provides low smoke emission.

Features:
Cable outer diameter* 4 mm to 7.9 mm
Number of cores* 2, 4, 6, or 8
Core structure solid
Core cross-section* from 0.8 mm2 up to 1.8 mm2
Shielding* N/A or Al \PET foil
Outer sheath material* LSZH or PVC
Rated voltage 150V
Flame retardant yes
Operating temperature -30…80°C or -40…80°C
Wiring colour coding yes
Protective earth wire N/A

Power supply and emergency communication

HDGs and HLGs cables are designed for supply installations in facilities with increased fire protection requirements. The most commonly used are in emergency lighting, alarm, and signalling control systems. In the event of a fire, they maintain data transmission stability. HDGs and HLGs are flame-retardant cables. They are made of solid (HDGs) and stranded (HLGs) copper conductors. The red halogen-free outer sheath provides low smoke emission; these cables also have no emission of corrosive gases.

Features:
Cable outer diameter* 6.6 mm to 10.6 mm
Number of cores* 2, 3, or 4
Core structure* solid or stranded
Core cross-section* from 1 mm2 to 4 mm2
Shielding N/A
Outer sheath material PVC
Rated voltage 300/500V
Flame retardant yes
Operating temperature -25…85°C
Wiring colour coding yes, no colour repetition
Protective earth wire* N/A or yellow-green
Wire properties Flame retardant
