Taken up a new range of all the single channel industrial highside switches that are known as PROFET ,   These are Basically the industrial protected high side switches ,  the Infeneon industrial PROFET is know taken up as the Universal application board that is stocked  by the Mouser.  This will allow the user to eventually  maintain evaluated range of single channel industrial protected highlights which is the infineon industrial PROFET is housed in  PG-SOT-223-4 and PG-DSO-8 packages.
