Renault to pitch Kwid against Maruti Alto; plans to launch new versions in February

Renault is a french car maker company that is seeing a good response toward its new small car Kwid . It has also taken the battle further be taking a lead on the Maruti Suzuki’s by covering the off line 1 litre automated manual transmission also known as AMT versions . Ranault has launched the Kwid in the festive season with a 799cc of engine that was sold for Rs 2.57 to Rs 3.53 lakh depending on the models on Delhi taking over the Maruti head.

The company has so far received the booking that totals the 80,000 booking that was expected to double to more than 100,000 more vehicles in the year 2016 where it is going to launch its new version of this compact car.  Alto is right now the top selling car in India and has recorded the sale of about 175,984 units between the month of April to November 2015. The 1-litre and the clutch-less AMT versions of Kwid will be pitted against Maruti’s Alto K10 and K10 AMT that are priced at Rs 3.2-3.72 lakh and about Rs 4 lakh, respectively.
