These connectors provide exceptional performance up to the higher mmWave frequencies of 50 GHz(2.4mm) and 67 GHz(1.85mm).

The Johnson 1.85mm and 2.4mm Vertical Launch Connectors are screw-mounted and solderless, allowing for both quick and easy mounting and removal on PC boards. There are two new versions at each frequency supporting both microstrip and strip-line designs. The microstrip parts feature a side groove design that enables either microstrip or grounded coplanar waveguide (GCPW) configurations.

These high-quality stainless-steel parts also offer excellent technical performance with a 1.35 Max VSWR and 0.25dB Max Insertion Loss out to 67 GHz. Typical applications include test and measurement, semiconductor board characterization fixtures, and semiconductor ATE test boards.
