There has been an integration in Mixed signal component developer Seigo technologies and it has readily expanded there portfolio related to the family of devices in power controllers. They will be providing the controllers with the range of high side 4.5 V to 24 V under the rail applications and technologies.
These single MOSFETs will be designed to work on three IPs and are said to provide a stable RDSonfigure of 13.3mO, not only across a wide input/supply voltage range, but also with temperature.
