Transistors made entirely of nanocrystal ‘inks’

Transistors made entirely of nanocrystal_popup

The news is coming from the sources of University of Pennsylvania that claims that it has started the development of the approach of making the transistors that will be depositing its material in liquid form of the nanocrystal known as Inks. Basically researchers have started to take these naocrysals that are in the shape and size of nanoparticles thus by providing electrical qualities and removing the particles in a liquid form. This makes a silver colour conductor and a insulator that is aluminium oxide , along with calcium selenide semiconductor and a mixture of silver and Indium or the dopant.
These materials will be working as ink of inkjet printers as said by a professor , but will provide all the characteristic of we want from them, whether they be  conductors, semiconductors or insulators.  They have electrical properties in these nanocrystal inks and are totally independently verified , they will be used by mixing them in a precise pattern.
