“Powering, Sensing, Connecting”
Panasonic Industry Europe will be showcasing its latest product solutions for IoT, industrial automation, smart home & building, smart factory, HVAC systems, people/temperature tracking, energy harvesting as well as motion sensing at embedded world 2026 from 10th to 12th March in Nuremberg, Germany in Hall 4A, Stand 103.
One of this year’s highlights includes the Panasonic Industry Grid‑EYE thermopile sensor which will be showcasing a far‑infrared sensitivity‑enhancement technology using a phononic crystal structure. The demonstration device offers 5,120 pixels (80 × 64) for significantly higher‑resolution thermal imaging.
Grid‑EYE sensors deliver fast, reliable temperature mapping and human detection, helping engineers simplify designs and improve efficiency in smart buildings, smart homes, patient monitoring, and stove‑guard applications. At embedded world, live demos showcase real‑time thermal imaging and presence detection, underscoring Grid‑EYE’s compact design, low power consumption, and easy integration for safer, smarter, energy‑efficient solutions.
Also shown for the first time in Europe will be the transparent conductive film – FineX (Fine Cross) for electromagnetic wave shielding requirements. The metal mesh type transparent conductive film achieves both high transmissivity and low resistance. It has high shielding performance in wide frequency, diffraction less by unique pattern designs, can be bent and easily be cut into shape with a cutter or rotary cutter.
In addition, visitors to Panasonic Industry’s stand will be able to experience the following products:
- Flat Wide Detection Type PaPIRs(+) motion sensor features a sleek, discreet flat lens that seamlessly integrates into any aesthetically demanding application. Its wide field of view of 136.4° × 135.4° represents a significant leap forward in PIR sensor technology.
- Low-cost PAN W602 – Wi-Fi 6 & Bluetooth 5.4 module – provides exceptional design flexibility and fast time to market for 2.4 GHz or dual‑band wireless products.
- Panasonic’s PAN-MaX Service offering, including the PAN B611 – Bluetooth 6 & 802.15.4 module that closes the loop for device manufacturers by providing all the necessary capabilities required for making a Matter certified product
- Amorton solar cells – great low-light performance and can be shaped into complex geometries, also customizable on various substrates.
- Highly reliable and long-life Panasonic Energy batteries – designed to offer exceptional pulse discharge characteristics, ensuring consistent and reliable performance across a wide thermal range in hot and cold climates.
“We are excited to showcase a diverse range of component technologies at this years’ embedded world Exhibition&Conference. Our product development is consistently driven by a focus on energy efficiency, sustainability, rapid time-to-market, and surpassing customer expectations. The embedded world is the most important place for us to meet the entire embedded community, including leading experts, key players and industry associations,” remarks Alketa Vaso, Head of Marketing at Panasonic Industry Europe.
Panasonic Industry will have several interactive application displays on its booth where visitors can learn more about Panasonic’s latest components and experience the technologies live. Technical experts for each product will be on site to discuss how Panasonic Industry’s component technologies can move any customer product to the next level.
