To showcase dual-source for latest generation of photovoltaicscells alongside demonstrations from “Light becomes infrastructure,” LUMISENSEconsortium
e-peas,a pioneer in ultra-low-power energy harvesting and power management solutions, has announced it will again be in attendance at VivaTech 2026 and will highlight its latest advances in PMICs for energy harvesting and focus on the importance of building ecosystems at the show.
The company is being hosted by the Wallonia Export and Investment Agency (AWEX) at pavilion 7, booth 3H37. Here it will demonstrate and discuss some of its more advanced PMIC technologies, including the AEM13921 – the world’s first dual-source PMIC capable of extracting energy from two independent energy sources.
Additionally, e-peas will demonstrate some of the first breakthrough developments from its “Light becomes infrastructure” ecosystem led by Luxwave, a leading indoor geolocation specialist organization that uses visible light communication to enable position and navigation when GPS isn’t available. In the ecosystem, e-peas and Luxwave are joined by the Sylvania Group, EDF’s Dalkia, Dracula Technologies, WattbyWatt, Motsai and the C3E Centre of Excellence in Energy Efficiency. Together, they are building the LUMISENSE consortium.
These “Light becomes infrastructure” demonstrations will take place both at pavilion 7, booth 3H37 and in pavilion 7’s SU ALLEY 2.
VivaTech takes place at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from the 17th to the 20th June. The event, which has established itself as Europe’s largest technology and innovation event, celebrates its10th anniversary.
“e-peas PMICs are crucial to extract energy from the environmentas efficiently as possible. Be it for asset tracking, smart building systems or consumer applications, the advances coming from energy harvesting ecosystem has meant more and more organizations are adopting the technology” said Bruno DAMIEN Ecosystem and Partners’ Director for e-peas.
He added: “Making the switch enables the creation of more sustainable devices, where disposable batteries are no longer a “must have”. This not only ensures a better user experience, with continual 24/7 operation over many years or decades, but also reduces the systems’ environmental impact and crucially, the total cost of ownership.”
