- Exeliq aims to assist EV batteries manufacturers for safer and, more reliable product
Exeliq, an EV-focused Automotive Testing Solutions provider, has launched its latest innovation- the AI enabled VoltPRO Series. The smart testing system for electric vehicle (EV) batteries with modern and futuristic vision helps EV manufacturers check the safety, performance and reliability of their manufactured batteries.
The series includes three variants: BTM80, BTM300, and BTM500 serving as the driving force for high voltage battery testing. Developed entirely in-house by Exeliq’s R&D and engineering teams, VoltPRO is equipped with the capabilities to integrate AI-driven analytics modules. It offers bi-directional regenerative power system to deliver real-time insights into battery State of Charge (SoC), State of Health (SoH), and overall lifecycle performance with a very less energy footprint.
In the evolving landscape of electric vehicles and energy storage systems, the VoltPRO series is purpose-built for large scale systems, and advanced production testing, combining AI-Enabled Power with high performance hardware.
As per the recent reports, India’s electric vehicle (EV) testing solutions landscape in 2025 is experiencing significant growth, driven by increased EV adoption, government initiatives, and advancements in testing infrastructure. The Indian automotive testing market was valued at approximately USD 149.29 million in 2024 and is projected to reach USD 243.75 million by 2032, growing at a CAGR of 6.32%. This growth is supported by India’s expanding automotive production, stringent safety regulations, and the rise of electric mobility initiatives.
Rahul Gautam, Co-founder, Exeliq said, “India’s EV market is growing rapidly, but battery performance and safety remain key challenges. By enabling faster, smarter, and data-backed testing, VoltPRO envisions to help reduce testing time, reduce manpower, improve reliability, and support large-scale EV adoption in the years ahead. With this, we wanted to make battery testing smarter, faster and more scalable. This helps manufacturers detect potential issues and ensure quality/safety standards at the production lines, improve performance with the help of data insights, and make EVs safer for consumers. This product range represents a critical step toward making India’s EV transition smarter and more resilient.”
