1. Please introduce your company to our readers.

Thank you for the opportunity. Diac Labs is a cutting-edge electronic product design and manufacturing company dedicated to enabling innovation for startups, MSMEs, and large enterprises alike. We specialize in complete turnkey solutions—ranging from Hardware design, Components & PCB Sourcing, PCB Assembly, prototyping, and full-fledged production and testing. Our core strength lies in making the journey from idea to product as seamless as possible. With a strong emphasis on quality, affordability, and speed, we act as the technology partner that brings ambitious hardware ideas to life.

2.You are a new company, could you tell us about the hurdles that you are facing in the initial years ?

Every new venture faces its own set of challenges, and we are no exception. One of the major hurdles is building trust in a highly competitive market, Especially when larger players already exist. Another is balancing cash flow while investing heavily in infrastructure, quality control, and skilled manpower. At times, sourcing components during global shortages has also impacted timelines. But with a strong team, adaptive strategies, and clear customer focus, we’re steadily turning challenges into stepping stones.

3. What is the USP of Diac Labs? Why do your clients choose you ?

Our USP lies in delivering high-quality, reliable electronic products with a customer-first approach. Unlike many service providers who either focus only on design or only on manufacturing, Diac Labs offers end-to-end solutions under one roof, which saves our clients valuable time and coordination efforts. 4. What are your plans for the next 5 years and what are some major action plans that you will enforce ?
In the next five years, we aim to become one of India’s most trusted names in Electronic Manufacturing Services with Hardware design support. Our roadmap includes expanding our production capacity, establishing a dedicated R&D center, entering global markets, and building our own e-commerce store for components and development kits. We’re also planning strategic partnerships with academia and startups to create an innovation ecosystem. Hiring top talent, improving internal automation, and ensuring global compliance in manufacturing will be some of our key action points.

 5. There are many youngsters who must be planning to start their entrepreneurial journey, what would you say to them to motivate them ?
To all the young minds out there: If you believe in your idea, pursue it with conviction. Entrepreneurship is not just about building a company, it’s about solving real problems and creating value. Yes, the journey is hard, filled with uncertainties, and there will be failures. But every failure will teach you something you won’t learn otherwise. Focus on building a strong team, keep learning, stay agile, and most importantly stay patient. Success doesn’t happen overnight, but it absolutely rewards persistence.
