The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing rectifier products, managing project schedules, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. The role involves reviewing designs for technical accuracy, troubleshooting production and field-related issues, and contributing to continuous product improvement by keeping up with the latest technologies, materials, and industry practices. Candidates will also be expected to follow established engineering processes and communication standards within the global engineering team.
Qualifications & Skills
*Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
*2–3 years of hands-on experience in power electronics design and development.
*Strong understanding of power conversion systems and manufacturing processes.
*Good knowledge of engineering principles and design practices related to power conversion applications.
*Experience in designing industrial rectifiers or UPS systems.
*Familiarity with PFC, inverter, buck, boost, and LLC converter topologies, along with magnetic component design.
*Understanding of control theory and analog, digital, and electrical circuit design.
*Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
*Knowledge of EMI/EMC testing and mitigation techniques will be an advantage.
*Good grasp of applied mathematics and physics concepts.
*Exposure to CAD tools is desirable.
*Basic understanding of embedded software development is a plus.
*Strong time-management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
*Self-driven individual capable of working independently.
*Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, along with good interpersonal skills.
