Job Description

AMD is seeking a Verification Engineer to contribute to processor design verification, testbench development, and hardware emulation for advanced semiconductor technologies.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop functional and performance verification tests.
– Build and maintain testbench components for next-generation IP.
– Improve verification libraries and test environments.
– Develop hardware emulation builds to validate IP functionality.
– Optimize emulation performance and debugging capabilities.
– Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills and Preferred Experience

– Knowledge of C and C++ programming.
– Familiarity with SystemVerilog and UVM.
– Understanding of processor architecture and digital design verification.
– Experience with OpenGL, OpenCL, or Direct3D is an advantage.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
