Responsibilities:
*Assist Application Engineers (AEs) and customers with the integration and debugging of interface solutions in hardware-assisted verification environments.
*Create and support example designs using QEMU-based test software.
*Develop and deliver technical training presentations for Siemens field teams and customers, with a focus on interface solutions for Veloce emulation and prototyping platforms.
*Drive the adoption of Veloce technology at customer sites through hands-on technical expertise and direct customer engagement to ensure successful technical outcomes.
*Provide technical customer support, build strong customer relationships, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
*Work closely with the Sales team to develop and execute strategies for business growth.
*Share product feedback and enhancement ideas with product development teams.
*Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while working closely with team members to ensure customer success.
*Communicate customer technical requirements to the Product Marketing team.
*Support engineers in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale solutions across multiple software products and hardware platforms.
*Provide business and technical feedback to software and hardware development teams.
*Prepare and deliver detailed technical papers and presentations for customer management and technical conferences.
*Work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision, using sound judgment and discretion.
Required Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
*Familiarity with Verilog and SystemVerilog.
*Experience with UVM-based or SystemC-based verification environments.
*Understanding of one or more industry-standard interface protocols, such as PCIe, Ethernet, AMBA-based protocols, or memory interface protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience with memory interface protocols such as DDR5, LPDDR5/LPDDR6, HBM3/HBM4, and/or SPI NOR/NAND.
*Experience working with the DDR PHY Interface (DFI).
*Previous customer-facing experience, such as working as an Application Engineer with an emulation or prototyping systems provider.
