Key Responsibilities
• Conduct validation and testing of Vehicle Intelligence Modules (VIM) used in EV applications, ensuring reliable performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VIM seamlessly with Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Chargers, ensuring smooth communication between systems.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal chambers to identify and resolve failures.
• Evaluate VIM performance by assessing antenna efficiency and server connectivity to ensure dependable smart infrastructure operation.
• Prepare Design Verification Plan (DVP) reports, document test results, and provide recommendations for product and design enhancements.
• Participate in field testing, on-site system integration, and practical problem-solving activities to verify real-world performance and system reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in electronics hardware testing. Candidates with backgrounds in BMS, EV systems, or general electronics hardware are preferred.
• Strong understanding of fundamental electronics concepts, PCB testing, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Hands-on experience with soldering (SMD/SMT and Through-Hole components) and familiarity with standard laboratory equipment.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Practical expertise in soldering and electronic component handling is essential.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and problem-solving skills.
