About the Role:
*Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (B.E.) with around 3–5 years of relevant experience in the electronics domain.
*Experience in hardware design and debugging, including requirement analysis, circuit design, product development, validation, and type testing.
*Good understanding of both analog and digital electronic circuits.
*Knowledge of selecting suitable electronic components, including both active and passive devices.
*Hands-on experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging analog as well as digital circuits.
*Ability to handle Product Change Notices (PCNs) and Product Discontinuation Notices (PDNs) received from component suppliers.
*Comfortable working closely with software development teams to ensure smooth product integration.
*Practical exposure to SiliconExpert and PCB design software such as Altium and PADS.
*Basic understanding of IEC standards related to EMI/EMC compliance and testing for electronic boards.
*Familiarity with Agile development practices, particularly the SCRUM framework.
*Capable of creating and estimating Product Backlog Items (PBIs) and defining the tasks needed to complete them successfully.
*Willing to actively participate in team discussions and meetings while maintaining open and transparent communication.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
*Good personal task management and software management abilities.
