Job Role:
*Design and build power electronic solutions for both single-phase and three-phase high-frequency online UPS systems.
*Supervise the assembly process and ensure smooth integration of electronic prototypes.
*Create, organize, and keep engineering documentation updated throughout the project lifecycle.
*Lead projects from the initial concept stage through development and final product commercialization.
*Develop and validate power stages while carrying out detailed design verification, including regulation checks, programming validation, and transient performance testing.
*Enhance existing products by implementing design improvements and introducing new features.
*Offer technical support by troubleshooting hardware issues, identifying root causes, recommending corrective actions, evaluating hardware performance, and maintaining documentation such as schematics, BOMs, assembly drawings, and ECOs.
*Perform product evaluation tests and prepare clear, well-documented summary reports.
Required Skills and Education:
*Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (BE/BTech); a Master’s degree is considered an added advantage.
*At least 6 years of hands-on experience in developing power conversion products such as UPS systems, battery chargers, and AC drives.
*Strong understanding of high-frequency magnetic design principles.
*Practical experience in EMI/EMC mitigation and compliance techniques.
*Good knowledge of analog, digital, and microcontroller-based circuit design and development.
