Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop electronic hardware for electrical distribution and control products.
* Perform circuit simulations using tools such as Saber and PSPICE, while supporting test planning, reliability analysis, and component selection.
* Work with PCB design tools like Cadence and apply knowledge of PCB stack-up, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and DFT (Design for Test).
* Ensure PCB designs follow established design guidelines and meet EMI/EMC compliance requirements.
* Understand and support certification processes in line with standards such as IEC and UL.
* Prepare product specifications, coordinate with suppliers, qualify test equipment, work with manufacturing teams during production activities, and maintain complete project documentation
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Power Electronics, or a related discipline from a recognized institution, with at least 6 years of hands-on industry experience.
* Prior experience in electrical protection systems and control applications will be an added advantage.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in global cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of deliverables.
* Hands-on experience in circuit design, including power supply development, analog sensing, digital I/O interfaces, and communication protocols such as RS485, Ethernet, and CAN.
* Solid understanding of analog circuit design and microcontroller-based embedded systems.
* Proven experience in taking products through the complete development lifecycle, from concept and design to production, with involvement in at least two major product development cycles.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and deliver results.
