Roles & Responsibilities

•Plan, design, develop, and test electronic subsystems for AGVs/AMRs.

•Analyze product requirements and define embedded hardware architecture.

•Design analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits, including DC-DC converters, sensing circuits, and high-speed interfaces (USB, Ethernet, CAN).

•Develop hardware with focus on signal integrity, power management, noise immunity, and compliance with relevant IEC/ISO standards.

•Select suitable components such as microcontrollers, MOSFETs, PHY ICs, and connectors.

•Prototype, test, debug, and troubleshoot circuits and existing PCBs.

•Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and product teams for hardware integration.

•Coordinate with vendors and supply chain teams for sourcing, manufacturing, cost optimization, and engineering changes.

•Monitor emerging technologies and provide technical input for next-generation products.

•Ensure compliance with DFMEA, DFM, and DFA practices while maintaining engineering documentation and change records.

 

Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

•3+ years of experience in electronics product design and development.

•Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or similar software.

•Experience with schematics, block diagrams, design calculations, and BOM creation.

•Hands-on experience in hardware testing, validation, and debugging.

•Knowledge of CE, UL, and FCC compliance standards.

•Basic understanding of IEC 61508, ISO 26262, and ISO 13849 functional safety standards.

•Familiarity with EMI/EMC requirements, including IEC 61000.

•Experience using lab equipment such as DSOs, power analyzers, and logic analyzers.

•Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
