Recently it has been announced by Toshiba that they have started the availability of PX 04 SL series that is basically a very read intensive enterprise for SAS solid state drive.They have provided and optimise series for other emerging Technologies related to applications such as web servers, warehousing, media streaming and video on demand.

SAS SSD will be claiming to provide high density storage available in two variants of 2 terabyte and so terabyte capacities that will be working over 12 gigabit SAS interface and provide minimised cost of ownership for enthusiastic  sacrificing performance.
