Toshiba electronic Europe recently launched A 15 NM of  eMMC NAND  flash memory card Ace hardware and Technology related to infotainment systems along with other industrial applications. This  memory will operate for a temperature range of minus 40 to 85 degree celcius .  It will also meet up some specifications of AEC Q100 for taking up the PPAP requirements.

It will be available in a package of 11.5 x 13mm that is fully compliant with the latest JEDEC eMMC standard.
