Graphene and chemistry create optically responsive devices

It has been made possible by combining the two graphene properties along side with teh molecualr chemistry where the scientist have been deciding that it is now possible to make graphene based device es that will be highly responsive to light and this will path ways for the optically controlled memories and photo sensors.

According to the researchers they have normally combined graphene powder along with molecules  that  are capable of changing the conformation that will in turn result in a new graphene ink than will switch circuit current to exposed light. “The Graphene Flagship was always about the combination of graphene and other materials to form new hybrid structures,” said Professor Andrea Ferrari .
