Scientists of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology has claimed that they have reduced emerging technology that is claiming to develop physical memory cells that are hundred times faster than the typical memory devices used now.

According to the head of MITT laboratory of quantum topological phenomenon Alexander Golubov has stated that Super conducting system are under operational functions and they have proposed a memory cell that can need no time consuming magnetisation process.
