Power integrations have launched a family of galvanized isolated single channel Gate driver IC that will be working under the current range from 2.5 ampere to 8 ampere and according to the company it is claimed to provide the highest output current without the external booster use.

This scale a driver IC will be used to optimise the IG BT and MOSFET for the products used in power integration and provide of flux link Magneto inductive bidirectional communication technology to enhance the stability of these systems along with their complexity.
