Cypress Semiconductor  has now added a wafer product to the industry nonvolatile random access memory portfolio. This is known as NVRAM. The Cypress NVRAMwill be including a ferroelectric Ram hat is known as F RAM and also a static nonvolatile Ram also known as nvSRAM.  It is claimed by the company that it will be offering critical data at the times of failure and many mission critical applications can take benefits from it .

Accordingly  Cypress FRAM is said to be the most energy efficient RAM technology that will be used in industry to virtually 100 trillion water cycle endurances, This ferroelectric material FRAM cells of memory will be resistant to the data corruption that could be caused by the radiation or the magnetic fields exposures.
